Adult Mission Trip

The adult mission trip will be from July 25th to July 30th at Sager Brown in Baldwin, Louisiana. We will be working on the depot where collections of health kits, school kits, and other supplies are received and then disbursed to areas around the world. Cost per person is $185, but could be less due to fund raisers, etc. If you are planning to go, your name should be on the list with a $50 deposit by May 1st. We have only 20 slots, and 10 are already taken. Please don't wait as we must have this information soon. If you are interested or would like more information contact Marcella Coleman.

Seafarer's Boxes

This year we are planning the Seafarer's Boxes to be a year-round project. Everyone is invited to share in donating items throughout the year. A basket is available in the church office where items are collected and for your convenience it will be placed on the walkway outside the office on Sunday morning. At Christmas time, we will purchase additional items and gift wrap boxes to be delivered.

Teacher Appreciation

Every month we are delivering Hershey's Chocolate Nuggets taped on a special die cut celebrating a special day of the month to teachers at South Shaver Elementary and Mae Smythe Elementary schools.

We hope to make Pasadena teachers feel appreciated and special.
